All prizes won through Crain Media Group are non-transferable and non-substitutable. The prize indicated by station personnel to be won on a contest is the only prize awarded and given to the listener/person who is designated as the winner.
Crain Media Group and sponsors have not made any warranties either written, verbal or implied with respect to prizes awarded.
All prizes won from Crain Media Group must be claimed within 10 days of the date the prize was won, unless the item is time sensitive. No substitutions will be made for violations of this clause. If a winner does not claim his/her prize within the 10 day period the prize is forfeited.
For station contests and those involving outside sponsors a release form may be required to be completed by the winner and any other person(s) accepting the prize. Social Security numbers and other pertinent information may be requested for station records and signatures from winners must be supplied releasing any liability on behalf of any sponsors involved.
If the contest is a drawing, please follow posted rules at the drawing.
Crain Media Group reserves the right to substitute prizes or modify the rules while a contest is in progress. Any changes or modifications will be noted for public attention.
On-air contest winners can claim their prizes Monday through Friday, 8am until 5pm at the Crain Media building at 111 North Spring in downtown Searcy. Prizes will not be mailed.
Employees or family members of an employee of Crain Media Group, it's parent, affiliated stations or other stations in the market, employees of affiliated sponsors or anyone involved in the contest's production, development or handling are ineligible to enter.
Crain Media Group reserves the right to limit to 30 days between winnings. If so chosen, winners may be restricted to win a prize once every 30 days to ensure a random base of contestants. Only one (1) major ($500) prize per year (12 months).
Winners of radio station contests, by their acceptance of prize(s), release Crain Media Group to use their name, voice, and likeness in any or all station publicity surrounding the contest promotion.
Crain Media Group is not liable for any personal injuries or damage resulting from a prize won once in the winner's possession.
Winner is responsible for all taxes on prize, unless otherwise noted.
The decisions of the management of Crain Media Group in regards to contests are final.
